Kainen Law Group provided such comfort and stability during the most stressful and sad experience of my life. Specifically, Dara Marias was my emotional support attorney. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand but not intimidating. Originally, my partner and I discussed mediation, but after hearing her speak about amicable divorce, it became clear that was the right choice for us. I am so grateful that she informed us of the option, and even though my partner and I were in fact amicable, I truly believe that it made the separation process much less contentious. On the same note, Dara gave honest advice and made even unpleasant statements sound tolerable. She gave awareness and guidance on issues I never would have thought of, and it was clear that she had invaluable experience. It was also very, very clear that her ultimate goal was to make sure that I was in the best position possible (financially, physically, mentally) to move forward.
