Can technology lend a hand with child support issues?

Paying alimony after a divorce is one of the leading issues of disagreeable behavior among exes. Whether individuals may be looking to collect child support or prevent unmanageable support obligations, seeking the best expertise in the process can determine the success of the outcome. Nevada spouses can find resolution and focus on the well-being of their children in the face of divorce. Recently, an entrepreneur created an online service to help ease the pressure between divorced parents and aid in child support issues.

The creator of the web program called SupportPay established the system of support after realizing there was no existing programs online to help manage financial complexities between exes that raise a child apart. The woman, a marketing executive in Silicon Valley, hopes that the first service designed to aid in the divorce aftermath will give parents a break. She believes that the program can also be utilized as a tool in court to prove the balance of expenditures.

The service is designed to help manage the court-sanctioned "additional expenses" that are often assigned on top of an appointed monthly payment. These expenses range from school fees to health care bills and haircuts, and they become a battleground of conflict. Utilizing SupportPay will allow parents to enter receipts and record payments as they are given to the receiving parent, and it will even issue reminders for late payments as a system of checks and balances.

Whether an online accountability service such as SupportPay will play a role in easing the complexities of the aftermath of divorce is hard to tell. Child support issues can go further than tracking each receipt for record of payment, and every set of circumstances is unique. Nevada spouses may with to consult a professional to advocate needs properly in court regarding alimony conflict.
